Colour - Golden brown, slightly olive green skin with heavy sand-papery brown russetting
Taste -It has a rich, nutty flavour and is crisp, with firm and fairly juicy flesh.
Storage - Has good keeping abilites but may get dry if keep for long periods.
Pollination - Self sterile, requires pollination from any of the following, Adams pearmain, Alfriston, Allans ever lasting, Captain Kidd, Cox’s Orange, Egremont Russett, Laxtons Fortune, Fuji, Golden delicious.
