Taste -Creamy yellow flesh and a very nice flavour. Honey-sweetness with some tartness.

Pollination - Jonagold requires a second type of apple for pollen and is not capable to pollinate other varieties. Considered moderately disease resistant. Suitable pollinators include Allan’s ever lasting,Ballaratt,Captain Kidd, Cox’s orange, Ellisons orange, Freyberg, Fuji, Royal gala, Granny Smith.
