Arthropodium cirratum - more commonly known as the renga renga, renga lily or rock lily. A herbaceous perennial native glass-like plant.
It has been historically used for medicine as well as food.
The leaves are 30–60 cm long and 3–10 cm wide.
The attractive, dainty flower stalk often can reach over a metre with many white six-petalled flowers grouped together in 2s or 3s. Tri-coloured stamens - purple and white, with some yellow at the curled end. Seeds readily and grows well in most conditions. Prefers some shade over full sun but can handle both. The leaves will be a deeper green in shadier spots. Very hardy and can handle drought.
