Cold sensitive, perennial, aromatic herb in the mint family. The leaves are smooth and the flavour is sweet, piney and citrusy. Used medicinally and in the kitchen. It has many uses and while similar to oregano its flavour is more mild. Low maintenance, prefers well drained soil in full sun.
