Lambs ears is a fuzzy, silver leaved, evergreen perennial.
Prefers well-drained soil but can grow easily in dry, poor soil. Likes full sun to slight shade. In summer spikes of purplish-pink flowers will appear to attract bees. Very drought resistant.
If you remove the flowering stalk before it blooms this will encourage the plant to spread. Lambs ears are a very good groundcover. Grows reasonably quickly.
Grows to a height approx 30cm x 40cm wide.
