Type - Excellent for eating fresh, juicing, and cooking.
Season - Ripens late in the season.
Size & Shape - Very large fruit that is high in good antioxidants.
Colour - Skin has a red shiny stripe ontop of a light green background.
Taste - Mix of sweet and tart, with a refreshing tanginess. Firm, crisp, and very juicy.
Storage - Good for long term storage.
Pollination - Not completely self-fertile, apples such as Golden Delicious, Red delicious, Royal gala by will improve the harvest.
