Type - It can be eaten fresh or cooked or made into cider. It cooks well to a nice fluffy texture and has good flavour

Size & Shape - Large or very large and typically round with an irregular or lopsided shape.
Colour - Greenish-yellow skin, blushed with red.
Taste - Sweet and aromatic
Storage - Keeps for up to 3 months in cold storage.
Pollination - Self Fertile but may benefit from being near another variety of apple such as Cox’s Orange Pippin, Discovery, Granny Smith and Jonathan for pollination.
